Typing and Proofreading with the Paragraph Symbol

We want to make sure everyone knows about this tool in Microsoft Word. We have been talking about the "paragraph" symbol/button in Word for a while know.

We strongly recommend that you turn on the paragraph symbol or as our student Morgan named it "The Headlights" while typing.

Turning on "The Headlights" will allow you to see spacing for two spaces after periods, two spaces after a colon, intentions, and carryovers.
