MAPCR, MAFCR, and MECRA developed what we call the "Legislative Dream Team" in January of 2023.
Our three organizations along with our lobbyist firm GCSI, other professionals in the legal field, friends, and family fought for the long-awaited page rate increase through HB 5046.
After 38 years, HB 5046 was signed by Governor Whitmer on January 17, 2025. Our page rate now will take effect on April 2, 2025. Click here to view HB 5046 / PA 226, 2024.
